INTERPORC is the Spanish Interprofessional Agri-food Organisation for White Pork.
We are a private, non-profit national organization officially recognised by the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
We represent the Spanish white pork sector by bringing together organisations from across the entire value chain: production, processing, and distribution.
As an agri-food interprofessional organisation, we bring the sector together to coordinate industry efforts, share reliable information, and promote key areas such as food quality and safety, innovation, sustainability, animal welfare, and internationalisation. Our aim is to provide consumers with clear, accessible information about how pork is produced, the rigorous controls in place, and the value the sector brings to our diets, the economy, and rural communities.
